VPN Connections - A VPN, or Virtual Private Network, allows you to network multiple locations so that they appear to be at the same location. This is very useful if you have more than one location, or if you have employees that need to work from remote locations and access files on your network. This can greatly reduce your management and computer costs, as you will not have to spend time and effort transferring files between locations, and you will not need a server at each location. These types of connections are also very secure; most types of VPN connections have a minimum of 128-bit security, and user based security as well.
