Changing the program used to open files

Changing what program certain file types use is a relatively easy process, once you know how to do it. To change what program is used to open certain files, simply do the following:

1. Find the file that you want to open with a different program.
2. Highlight the file and then right click on it.
3. Click on "Open With", and then on "Choose Program"
4. It will open a list of programs on your computer. Select the program you want to open that type of file with, then click the checkbox next to "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file" that is located under the list of programs.
5. Click OK; the program that you wish to use should now open the file you selected.
5. The computer will now open that type of file with the program you selected.
