Virus and Spyware Problems - One of the most common problems with computers today is that they have become infected with virus and spyware programs. These programs alter how your computer runs and can slow it down greatly. A bigger concern, however, is the security concern that they create - they can track your personal information and browsing habits, send your email address to spammers, steal banking and credit card information, and many other dangerous activities. Many times, they spread through infected websites and can infect your computer with no obvious signs. If your computer is running slow or acting unusually, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can help you remove these malicious programs before they cause more harm.

Wireless Networking - Wireless networking has become much more common, especially since it is so much easier and cheaper to use now. However, one thing that most people do not have in place is security for their wireless network. The biggest reason for this is that most wireless networking devices come with the security features turned off. This is a big problem, though, as without any kind of wireless security, anyone with a laptop and wireless adapter can access your network from the street outside your home or office relatively easy. With the right equipment, you can actually access an unsecured wireless network from several miles away. We have had multiple clients who have lost important personal or business information due to unsecured wireless networks because they did not take our advice soon enough; please let us prevent this from happening to you by ensuring your wireless network is secure.

Illegal operations - Is your computer coming up with messages about illegal operations being performed? This is a common problem, especially on older computers or computers with some spyware or virus problems, and one that we can help you out with.

Pop-ups - This has to be one of the most obtrusive and annoying forms of advertising invented yet. Unfortunately, until advertisers stop using them, it is going to continue to be a problem. However, there are many tools that we can use or show you how to use that will help prevent pop-ups so that you can surf in peace.

Programs Malfunctioning, Not Installing, or Not Working Properly - One of the most frustrating problems with computers is when a program is not working the way it should, or it won't even install. This is, however, a problem we can help you with - we can figure out why the problem has stopped working the way it should, fix it, and show you how to get it working again if the same problem happens again. Hardware Problems – If you suspect you are having a problem with your computer's hardware, this is a problem we can diagnose and in most cases fix for you, either by repairing the affected part or by replacing it. At the least, we can identify what the problem is so that you know for sure whether the malfunction is with your hardware or something else, and whether or not it is worth repairing or if it will be better to replace it.

Networking Problems - Networking computers is much easier than it used to be, but it can still get complicated fairly quickly. We can help you with any networking situation, from sharing the internet with multiple computers, setting up your computers for file sharing, designing a network with one or more servers in multiple locations, or anything in between.
