Online Support
Welcome to our Online Support portal. Here we can assist you either through chat, or with your permission we can access your computer remotely and fix any problems you are having. All of our remote support options are fully encrypted, and we can help you with many problems in this way. If you called in and were given a session code, please enter it below; otherwise please click on the Online Help button below to be connected to a service technician.
For our remote support, we are happy to assist you free of charge for the first 15 (fifteen) minutes; after that we will have to collect payment for our services. Our standard rate of $80 per hour applies to all remote support; you will be billed in 15 minute increments. For payment, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
