A+ Onsite Service, LLC Limited WarrantyAny hardware purchased from A+ Onsite Service, LLC comes with a one-year parts and labor limited warranty. The start of this warranty is the date that the hardware is sold to the customer, and is valid only for the hardware that matches what is listed on the Invoice (part and serial number). The warranty guarantees the buyer that A+ Onsite Service, LLC will replace any hardware that malfunctions due to manufacturer defect, with no cost to the customer, for one year from the time it was purchased. If the specific hardware is no longer available, it will be replaced with a part of comparable value or performance. This warranty also provides for the labor involved in replacing/repairing the affected hardware if the hardware was installed or setup by A+ Onsite Service, LLC. In most cases, complete repair can be carried out on your premises; however, in the event that the item cannot be serviced on location, it will be taken back to our office for repair and returned to you as soon as possible (next day or sooner in most cases). If desired, you may also drop the affected hardware off at our office for repair; it will then be available for pickup or delivery as soon as possible.
The labor and hardware warranty supplied with these parts is supplied based on the assumption that all service work will be carried out by A+ Onsite Service, LLC. If the service work is done by another company or party, the normal warranty will be considered void; however, as a courtesy, if the manufacturer’s limited warranty is still in effect, we will replace the item through the manufacturer's warranty. Such replacement will take approximately 30 days from the time that the item is returned to complete, and some charges may be incurred for the time necessary to complete such a replacement. Some items sold by A+ Onsite Service, LLC, do come with limited manufacturer's warranties that are longer than one year. If this is the case, our normal warranty will apply for the first year, after that we will honor any remaining manufacturer's warranties. As in the event where work is done by a third party, such replacement will take approximately 30 days to complete and may incurr some charges.
